100ARCHITECTS REJUVENATE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE IN SHANGHAI WITH BRIGHT COLOURS + LOOPED SHAPES
100architects has introduced ‘high loop’, an urban intervention proposal for the renovation of puji road pedestrian bridge in shanghai. The iconic bridge was built over the Suzhou creek in 1997, connecting the jing’an and Zhabei district. in 2009, it was renovated to allow additional access to small vehicles, such as bikes and scooters, improving the urban connectivity.
the bridge extends over a kilometre in length as an elevated platform offering striking views from one of the most representative areas of the city. however, it is currently underestimated when compared to other bridges, hiding its uniqueness and amazing potential to become a local urban landmark. Therefore, the proposal by 100architects aims to transform the bridge into an eventful elevated park crossing the city, allowing passers-by to experience a unique journey through one of the densest areas of shanghai.
PETER TARKA, POLISH GRAPHIC DESIGNER WITH INCREDIBLE 3D PROJECTS
Polish Graphic Designer, Peter Tarka, produces incredibly immersive 3D illustrations using basic shapes and forms using a wide array of materials and colours to create various compositions which have gained him enormous popularity among the digital design world.
Even if you don’t know the name, you’ve almost certainly seen his work. Peter’s worked with some of the biggest names in the game. Apple, Nike, LG, Google, Cadbury, Mastercard and Honda to name a few. Not only has he worked for the biggest brands, but also the biggest agencies. Saatchi & Saatchi, Man Vs Machine, Doyle Dane Bernbach, Leo Burnett… the list just goes on and on. With 126k followers on Instagram, his work has been seen all over the world and has cemented his place in the digital design world for many years to come. The truly amazing thing is that has he achieved all this at just 27 years of age.

Rail is an outdoor sun lounger characterized by simple, modern lines and ideal for relaxing moments on the terrace, in the garden or by the pool. Its frame in powder-coated aluminium has four angled legs in stainless steel featuring an oblique design. The seat and backrest are in Textilene.
